Why Drinking Water is Important

I’m officially coining this term “a gallon (of water) a day, keeps the dr away.” As I write this article, I’m sitting here bloated AF from eating way too much yesterday. There was really only one non diet compliant type of food that I ate, but holy hell, does it wreck my stomach and make my body all around sore. Looking back at my prior detox article, I was trying to figure out how to help my current situation. But, I’ve realized that I left off one key thing to successful detoxing….aqua !

Skinny Souping

If there’s one thing I truly love, it’s that feeling my body gets after it’s been rebooted. Whether that’s from a long vacation, an awesome sweat from a hot yoga class, or a normal food cleanse, it’s incredibly necessary to routinely restart your system. Five Foods to Help You Feel GOOD (& detox)

Have you ever experienced those random days or even weeks where you feet bloated, sluggish, lethargic, or just blah and nothing seems to help (boys included!)??  I sure have- more than I’d like to admit. While running to CVS to get a box of weight loss pills, laxatives (guilty), or hopping on a strict diet of lemon water (guilty again) may help for a short period of time, these options definitely won’t cure the “blah” feeling in the long run. Although you may not want to eat in fear of just feeling even more gross, there are surprisingly a lot of foods that act as a natural detoxifier. And a lot of them are located in right in your neighborhood market.
